My name is Sally Berman and I am a family history researcher.
I am trying to find anyone that knew of a Henry Goldstein and a George Wane, on behalf of their relatives They lived in Thornfield Grove Middlesbrough in the1970's and would have been in their late 20's at that time. They were working on the Construction of the Stockton Motorway.
They attended the local Synagogue. Their relatives remember the Rabbi on meeting Henry in Town scolding him for not attending the Synagogue more often. [Ed note: No doubt this is a reference to Rev Kersh]
I appreciate this is a long shot but any help you give would be greatly appreciated. [email protected]
